Group Coaching enables small skills based groups to be available to individuals that continue to experience symptoms of concussion after 2 weeks. While support organically occurs throughout the group sessions, the goals and purpose of the group is to provide athletes with exercises and tools that will promote recovery. Topics range from managing irritability to dealing with brain fog after concussions. The groups are limited to a small number to allow for greater discussion and interaction. The privacy is of the utmost importance to us and we use an online platform that will maintain the confidentiality of the group.
